The All India Meeting of Vidyabharati’s Alumni was held successfully at The Adinggiri Tribal Hostel Project at Malegaon (Sewa Bharati), Guwahati. The event was attended by All India Organising Minister of Vidya Bharati Govind Mahanta, In-charge of All India East Students Council of Vidya Bharati, Vijay Nadda, Organising Secretary of North Eastern Region, Dr. Pawan Tiwari, Organizing Secretary of North Assam
, Nirav Geelani, Shishu shiksha Samiti, Assam’s president Kulendra Kumar Bhagwati, Shishu shiksha Samiti Assam’s Secretary Jagannath Rajbanshi and other office bearers of Vidya Bharati.
Representatives of alumni from across the country participated in a two-day event under the supervision of regional coordinator Swapna Devi. According to Mukuteswar Goswami, Publicity head of Shishu Shiksha Samiti North Assam Region, about 45 alumni including former student coordinators, co-coordinators and former students working abroad of Vidya Bharati from different states across India participated in the event.
