Hattigor Military Station witnessed a unique and inspiring event as the Red Horn Division organised an Army Attachment Camp for National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets from 09-18 December 2024. Cadets from 1 ASSAM, 7 ASSAM, and 30 ASSAM NCC Battalions actively participated in this camp.
The camp provided cadets with an immersive military experience, including exposure to the daily routine of a military unit, orientation classes, interaction with officials, and structured visits. This initiative fostered camaraderie, discipline, and unity, while offering a glimpse into the challenges, thrills, and ethos of military life.
Through these enriching experiences, cadets imbibed the core values of patriotism, “service before self,” and resilience, preparing them to become responsible citizens and equipping them to face future challenges with confidence and determination.
The event received appreciation from civil and military authorities for its success in shaping young minds and instilling a sense of purpose and commitment among the participants.
